GIFMaker.SHU 웹사이트와 Chrome 확장프로그램은 화면 캡처, 이미지, 편집 내용과 완성된 GIF를 사용자의 브라우저 안에서 처리하도록 설계되었습니다.
수집·전송하는 정보
서비스는 계정, 이름, 이메일, 화면 캡처 내용, 업로드한 이미지 또는 완성된 GIF를 운영자 서버로 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 로그인도 요구하지 않습니다.
기기 내 처리
- 사용자가 직접 선택한 화면·창·탭의 영상 스트림은 GIF 프레임 생성에만 사용됩니다.
- 프레임, 자막, 스티커와 결과 파일은 현재 브라우저 세션에서만 처리됩니다.
- 중간 MP4 또는 기타 동영상 파일을 만들거나 업로드하지 않습니다.
- 언어 선택은 브라우저의 localStorage에 저장될 수 있습니다.
권한
확장프로그램은 사용자가 도구 모음 아이콘이나 단축키를 눌렀을 때 캡처 화면을 엽니다. 실제 공유 대상은 Chrome의 기본 화면 공유 창에서 사용자가 직접 선택하고 언제든 중지할 수 있습니다.
외부 제공·판매
개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 광고 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. GIF 인코딩 라이브러리는 확장프로그램 패키지와 사이트에 포함되어 원격 코드를 실행하지 않습니다.

GIFMaker.SHU is designed to process screen capture, images, edits, and finished GIFs locally in your browser.
Data we collect or transmit
We do not collect or transmit accounts, names, email addresses, screen content, uploaded images, or finished GIFs to an operator server. No sign-in is required.
On-device processing
- A screen, window, or tab chosen by you is used only to generate GIF frames.
- Frames, captions, stickers, and output are processed in the current browser session.
- No intermediate MP4 or other video file is created or uploaded.
- Your language preference may be saved in browser localStorage.
Permissions
The extension opens the capture page when you click its toolbar icon or shortcut. You select the source in Chrome’s own sharing dialog and can stop sharing at any time.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising tracking. The GIF encoder is bundled locally with the site and extension; the extension executes no remote code.
